FIX Restaurant & Bar do chính Jamie Celaya, cựu đầu bếp Park Hyatt và là Michelin Selected Winner cố vấn và phát triển. Hành trình ẩm thực của Chef Jamie đi từ những căn bếp fine-dining của Mỹ đến các nhà hàng boutique ở châu Á, và giờ đây là một concept đậm vị Sài Gòn tại nơi từng là trái tim văn hóa quận 3.
FIX không chỉ là một cái tên. Đó là lời gợi mở về một không gian “sửa chữa” sự vội vã, “định hình lại” vị giác và cảm xúc – bằng ẩm thực Việt hiện đại, nguyên bản nhưng đầy khám phá.

Chef Jamie’s culinary journey spans from fine-dining kitchens in the U.S. to boutique restaurants across Asia, now culminating in a Saigon-inspired concept set in the cultural heart of District 3.
