FIX Restaurant & Bar is developed and curated by Jamie Celaya, former Park Hyatt chef and a Michelin Selected Winner. Chef Jamie’s culinary journey has taken him from fine-dining kitchens across the United States to boutique restaurants throughout Asia — and now, to a bold Saigon-inspired concept located in what was once the cultural heart of District 3.

“ We stayed here for 7 days and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was a bit dated but spacious and comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive throughout our stay. While the breakfast menu was fairly simple, everything we tried was fresh and tasty. An added bonus was the free use of their washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient. Considering the comfort, service, and overall experience, we found it to be good value for money. ”

“Do Thanh Residence was a very clean, spacious accommodation with kitchen, dining table, and spacious living room. Water pressure washer superb which is so important to me! It was equipped with basic amenities i.e. tooth brush, hand wash, body gel and shampoo along with kitchen equipments. Very easy access to the heart of district 1 by grab (30-40k dong one way). Best part is there is 24/7 ministop convenient store right in front of the residence that if you urgently need something late at night it is very easy to get things. I would definitely come back next time! P.S. all staffs were very very friendly and fluent in English. Kudos to them!! ”
